Pink Leopard Catalytics is maybe a weird name.

But, I’m a weird gal. And, it’s taken me a long time to view that as a badge of honor. Maybe you’re weird, too. Welcome home.

Leopards don’t change their spots. As a matter of fact, the constellation of each leopard’s spots is 100 percent unique—akin to a human’s fingerprint.

I may not know what we’re all supposed to be doing here, but I think it has to do with encountering ourselves more fully so that we can fulfill the twin missions of being happy and being of service. The world needs us to discover the lives our individual spots demand of us.

My goal in both counseling and coaching is to help you excavate the life you should be living out from under the life you actually have.

I don’t believe that every leopard needs to change its spots. Instead, the unique constellation of who you are is an asset to be rediscovered and enjoyed.

Every damn day.

Want to hear a secret? You never need to be just one person at a time.

Ask me how I know.

I am a helping professional, a mom, a wife, a belly dancer, and a photographer. I love those spots equally. They make me the sassy Pink Leopard that I am.

But I am also a person with a weird chronic illness that makes being all those other things kind of hard sometimes. This meat suit is built differently. Like, it’s built wrong, y’all. But shout out to my fellow zebras in the Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome herd. We are resilient.

I, like you, am actively cultivating a robust relationship with all the parts of me that make me strong, interesting, and mostly sane.

When we choose only one version of ourselves and lean into it full stop, we become sick, bored, and sad.

CEOs who are not also leaning into other meaningful identities like Mom, Sculptor, or Yogini are walking away from important happiness engines.

Imagine how much of a problem this becomes if the one version of you that gets over magnified is anxious, depressed, or burned out?

I specialize in helping you call your energies back so they can serve you, inspire you, and help you renew a life that you love.

Another thing about me is that I’m going to collect knowledge and skills like other people collect… whatever they collect. Salt shakers? In addition to my doctorate and clinical licenses, I am certified in hypnosis and in teaching mindfulness and meditation, and I bring these skills and techniques to our work together, too.

All in all, I’m a simple gal. I love helping clients reinvent themselves – personally, professionally, and relationally.

But when I’m unplugged from my practice, I like to dance, play ukulele badly on the beach, and chase the street Roosters down by the Southernmost Point.

I’m pretty passionate about my kids, my camera and my inordinately large collection of books.

My professional experience is important because it’s how I help you! But I think sharing my spots is equally as important because it’s how you know we’re a good fit.
